Drinking With Ease
The following statements about the contents in this bottle
has been researched by Patricia Williams who has a Masters
of Education in Biology.
Did you know that you have just purchased a refreshing bottle
of non-alcoholic wine? So go ahead and drink with ease. Your
concerns may point to the bottle label, which states that
the wine content is 0.5% alcohol by volume The Emmanuel Winery
Company would like to bring clarity to the above percent of
alcohol. This percent has been purposefully assigned each
bottle due to the origin of our wine products. Our wines are
produced from real wine, but have been chemically de-alcoholized
which means that the alcohol portions have been separated
out, therefore, our wine products are non-alcoholic Consequently,
law stipulation mandate that the 0.5% alcohol label is permanently
placed on each bottle label, although there is no alcohol
within the content.
Our company reminds you to "R&R" (Reseal and
Refrigerate) your wine after each use because Ubiquitous Microorganisms
are the leading cause of food and drink Contamination. This
alters the taste of wine. In fact if sugars within the Contents
of this bottle are exposed to aerated microorganism. Your
wine may sour which produces an unfruitful alcoholic Taste.

The
De-alcoholization process

1. The base tank is initially filled with wine.
2. A pump pushes the wine into reverse osmosis unit.
3. The cylinders have membranes that separate a syrupy concentrate
from the alcohol and water.
4. The water and alcohol flow into a storage tank. The concentrate
is returned to the base tank and recycled 10 to 20 times.
After which water is added to the concentrate to create the
finish product.
